Damaged, faulty or wrong print – everywhere
We reprint or refund
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault or isn’t what you ordered, write to contact@oldhauntsstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your Stripe receipt number and a photo. We’ll send a new print or refund you in full, at no cost to you. This doesn’t limit your rights under the law where you live.
Europe (EU): 14-day right of withdrawal
You can change your mind
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the 14 days run out by writing to contact@oldhauntsstudio.com with your name, your Stripe receipt number and that you wish to withdraw. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to.
Sending the print back
We’ll reply with the return address. Send the print back in its tube or flat packaging within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it. You’re responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it more than needed to check it.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your message, to the same payment method. We may wait until we have the print back, or proof that you’ve sent it.
